Owner on the pad
Owner. The proposal and the pad are the same person. Compassionate, real, honest. I will find a solution to any problem a floor throws at us — because putting a smile on a customer’s face by transforming the space they walk into every day means more than any big buck.
Contro Floor Revival LLC was formed in Ohio and operates from Johnson City, New York (Binghamton metro). The LLC is new and actively landing commercial contracts. I am not new to commercial floors.
I have used Pioneer Eclipse equipment and chemistry since 2015. I have a deep passion for corrective restoration — failed strips, neglected contracts, Monday deadlines that already exist. I work after hours so facilities open on time, and I keep my communication transparent and open with every customer.
I bring a lot of determination, grit, and pride to every floor, and I hold myself to strong morals. I care about my customers and about doing this right, so I do not cut corners. I make sure the floor is exactly what the customer wants, to the best of my ability. When something is not right, I fix it, including training people who got it wrong, so the floor and the facility still win.
“In 20 years, I've never left a floor I wasn't proud of. I hold myself to a standard most contractors don't. Sometimes what's under the surface, or what comes up when I remove or strip a floor, is out of my hands, and I may not be able to deliver exactly what was first planned. What I can guarantee is this: I will find a solution to whatever problem we're dealing with, whether that means finishing the floor or finding another way to fix it. I'll tell you right away, explain your options, and we'll decide together.”
When you hire me, you’re not getting a “strip and wax guy.” You’re getting a specialist who understands floor systems, chemistry, timing, and the demands of high-traffic commercial environments.
